Sleeping -  The maximum number of people in this cottage is six.  Each bedroom has a double bed and a twin bed.  It also has a queen hide-a-bed in the living room.  All linens are provided.

Cooking - This unit has a complete kitchen -- Stove, Refrigerator, Microwave Oven, Coffeemaker, Toaster, Pots, Dishes, etc.  If you have a favorite skillet, you might want to bring it -- as all the pots & pans are "cottage vintage".  Charcoal grills and Picnic Tables are available.

Bathroom - This unit has a shower - no bathtub.

Amenities - Telephone (Local calls are free, long distance calls require a calling card),  Cable TV, Wireless Internet Access, Gas Burning Fireplace in Living Room.

Housekeeping - When these cottages are rented for seven days or longer (weekly rate), they are considered housekeeping cottages.  However, we will supply you with fresh towels and remove your trash daily.  

If you are paying the full nightly rate, maid service is included.

Deposit - A $300 deposit is due at the time of reservation and is required on all stays 5 days or longer.

Rates  - During the summer months, this cottage is rented only by the week - Saturday to Saturday.
