Reservation Policy - Your lodging can be secured with your valid credit card number.  For extended stays (5 nights or longer) a $100 - $400 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation.  If you do not check-in and you fail to cancel your reservation, your card will be charged for the length of your  intended stay.   For your convenience, we accept VISA, MasterCard & Discover.

Cancellation Policy - To avoid being charged for your entire reservation, we require notification at least double to the length of your stay.  (If you are staying with us for one week, we require at least two weeks notice.)  The more lead time you can give us, we would appreciate.
