A $500 security deposit is required for cottage and house rental.
There is a nonrefundable deposit due when reserved equal to one month/week rent.
The monthly or weekly rent is due in advance.
Tenants are responsible for all housekeeping.
The parking lot and road are plowed, the tenants are responsible or the pedestrian paths(shovels provided).
NO Smoking or Pets.
